Mark Koshan

As the Director of Product and Due Diligence for Pacific Oak Capital Markets, Mark Koshan oversees the performance reporting and analysis of current and past alternative investment offerings for the broker-dealer community. He partners with senior executives on product development and positioning strategy for a range of investment entities including nontraded REITs, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and 1940 Act Funds. Mark also works closely with senior personnel at broker dealers and third-party due diligence providers in order to provide a thorough understanding of Pacific Oak offerings.

Mark has over 16 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Pacific Oak Capital Markets, he was in a similar role as the product manager and due diligence analyst at KBS Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, he was a sales desk manager at Realty Capital Securities, where he and his team marketed alternative investment products including REITs, BDCs, and LLCs within the independent broker/dealer channels.

Mark graduated from California Polytechnic University Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
