Hans Henselman

As Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Oak Capital Markets, Hans is responsible for overall firm strategy and provides strategic and tactical guidance to the organization, with particular focus on product development, distribution, business planning, compliance, operations and oversight of the firm’s wholesaling operations and activities. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a diverse background in compliance, operations, sales, financial distribution, broker dealer formation and team building. His experience comes from previous leadership roles with WM Financial Services and KBS Capital Markets Group.

Hans graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in finance and an emphasis in investments. He maintains the Series 4, 7, 14, 24, 79, 99 and SIE licenses. Over the last 15 years, he has been registered with 3 broker dealers as a General Securities Principal. In addition, he participated in various committees for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (“IPA”).
